[Error:103] Activation of 3CX VAD

    Hi there,

    Sunddely my VAD activation was lost. I was trying to activate my VAD again and it prompts out the below error message.

    "An error occurred trying to activate your license.

    License key belongs to a previous version of this product. Please contact your 3CX reseller to upgrade your license key.
    Original error: License Key Activation Failed License:103
    System: 0"

    I didn't upgrade my VAD so I am not sure what the issue is.

    VAD version: 3.0.3821.0

    Are you trying to activate the VAD license in a machine with 3CX Phone System installed?

    Please send me a private message with your license key so I take a look.

    Yup, trying to activate VAD.
    Already sent a pm with license key
