Hello,
I'm trying to implement Lync 2010 in order to integrate with 3CX for outbound calls through our usual VoIP trunk and for some inbound too (e.g. dialin to conferences etc.).
I think I'm almost there, but when I try to call a physical phone extension from Lync, 3CX says the following:
14:29:40.316 [CM500002]: Unidentified incoming call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification:
INVITE sip:[email protected];user=phone SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/TCP 10.10.3.33:57863;branch=z9hG4bK4c224f41
Max-Forwards: 70
Contact: <sip:SKHQ-LYNC.exampledomain.com:5068;transport=Tcp;maddr=10.10.3.33;ms-opaque=db4285d098924ba4>
To: <sip:[email protected];user=phone>
From: "Lync User"<sip:+44207123456;[email protected];user=phone>;tag=7f2e269782;epid=A17B54C2F6
Call-ID: 8d5199e9-10bc-4a8e-bf4a-a40c3b95cdad
CSeq: 1 INVITE
Allow: ACK, CANCEL, BYE, INVITE, PRACK, UPDATE
Supported: 100rel
User-Agent: RTCC/4.0.0.0 MediationServer
Content-Length: 0
Is there any setting I need to change on 3CX's side in order to allow it to recognise the incoming phone calls? Maybe some of those advanced settings in the voip providers configuration?
Thanks a lot!
Max
