Error in IVR Session

I was running 3CX Free Edition 8.0.10116.583 and have a IVR configured with a MP3 prompt.

I am just updated it to v8.10824 and when a call comes in and goes to the IVR, a voice prompt will say "Error in IVR Session".

I tried to restart the Digital Receptionist service in the Service Status page and the problem persist.

The Digital Receptionist is on virtual extension 801 and below is the server log. Not sure what's wrong. Could the STUN request timed out be a cause?

You have to restart the web service.
 
I restarted the Casinna web server but the problem remains. Although the service is running, when you telnet to localhost at port 5484, there is no response.
