Solved Error message 404 user unknown

    Good day all. I have 3CX ver 15 running on Windows 10. Recently I cannot make make outside call. Ran Firewall and result OK

    I can receive both internal and external calls. Checked event log and shown ERROR MESSAGE 404 USER UNKNOWN. Any suggestion.

    SIP Server/Call Manager ID: 12294
    Call or Registration to 3653897@(Ln.10001@TG200) has failed. 192.168.1.103 replied: 404 User unknown.; from IP:192.168.1.103:5060

    Hi gorbos,

    As far I can see your try to call number 3653897 through trunk 10001 and device with IP address 192.168.1.103 replies "404 User unknown". Could you please clarify who is this IP Address?

    The IP address 192..168.1.103 is assigned to a Yealink IP Phone

    Hi gorbros,

    Could you please send us the whole call flow? Also please hide sensitive information (wan address etc..).

    Thanks I got it working again. I removed the Sip Trunks setting and created a new one and its up. Thanks
