Error Message - Media Server RTPreceiver

    Phone doesn't answer every time. When it doesn't answer we get the following message.




    MediaServerReporting::RTPReceiver [MS105000] Call(6) Ln:10000@swiftcom: No RTP packets were received on 0000000B@:remoteAddr=192.168.10.10:4874,extAddr=0.0.0.0:0,localAddr=192.168.10.2:7020

    Can you provide us some more info? WIth that it might a firewall problem, stun server not set correctly and so on..... it might be many things
    Tell us, if its internal or external extensions and a bit more of the log..

    The issue is with the gateway.

    Using a patton4114 with 4 ptsn lines.
    The calls are originated from outside lines. Call in and the line picks up but goes no where. That is the enter in the log from previous post. Call again immediately and the unit answers...
