Error on Audio Prompt IVR / Windows 2012R2

    Dear friends

    I have a server 3cx v10 running on windows 2003.
    I performed the migration from 10 to 12.
    But I had to migrate from windows 2003 to windows 2012 64bit.
    I performed the migration successfully, but my IVR prompts do not work.
    The windows is running on XenServer, the 2003 version was also in xenserver.
    In Windows 2012 does not have any audio interface installed.
    And because virtual would not be installing.
    Would you like some help on how to IVR prompts my return to work.

    My structure:
    Windows Server 2012 R2
    XenServer 6.2
    3CX 12

    Can you go into the management console and record a new phrase by rining your extension? Does that phrase work?
