I'm trying to configure the 3CX phone to use it with an Asterisk server. But I'm receiving "Destination not found" error.

    This is my profile configuration:

Seems to me that the only difference is that the 3CX register message includes the port in the "To:" and "From:" fields... Is there a way to fix this? Or is there a know workaround for the 3CX soft-phone to work with asterisk?

On the machine with the PBX go to Start > Run > cmd
and inside the CMD window, type ipconfig and post here what exactly it says.

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...
