Error Transfering Calls !!!

    Hello,

    I installed the free version on 3CX 5 (latest). I configured everything correctly (extensions, SIP trunks, IVR, etc).

    Whenever I call my DID number (which initiates the main IVR), the IVR will try to connect me to an extension (sales=1, techsupport=2).

    BUT I only hear the prompt "trying to connect to the extension" then the prompt "sorry, the transfer failed".

    I have the old verison 3.0, I tried it and transfer works great.

    What is the problem in version 5? Can you help in fixing this issue please?

    Hello,

    Remove tick from "Support re-INVITE" option on provider configuration page.
    You may post copy of log from "Server Status" page here. It will provide more information about problem.

    1- Support Re-Invite is not ticked.
    2- Log:

    18:47:34.966 LineCfg::getInboundTarget [CM503011]: Inbound out-of-office hours' rule for LN:10000 forwards to DN:8000

    As logs says: failed. Reason: Not Registered
    When the device (extension) is not registered ... the transfer faild.

    I tried all the options in Destination Unreachable / Forwarding >>> when the device is not registered BUT still transfer failed!!!!!!
