Error when transferring calls to voicemail

    On one phone (Aastra 9133i) when making a blind transfer to *extnumber the caller gets this message "the user is unavailbale" and is disconnected. I checked the settings on this phone compared to the same model phones and there does not appear to be any differences. Has anyone seen this behavior before?

    Transfer to any number, or just one in particular? What does the 3CX log show as the reason for failure?
