EUTELIA, incoming calls hung up after 30/32 seconds

    hi, i have installed 3cx and 2 voip providers.
    Eutelia and Messagenet.
    I can make outgoing calls with both provider without problems.
    when i recive a call, with messagenet all work fine but if i recive on eutelia provider, the call hung up after 30/32 seconds.
    the log agent write :

    i have change router, open ports 5060-5061,3478,9000-9050 and nat these to the ip of 3cx, diable stun server and use
    the actual ip of my adsl.., delete the provider and recreate with 3cx eutelia template.
    i don't understand why with messagenet all wotk fine and with eutelia not.
    if it is a connectione problem (firewalls rules or ather) why messagenet work good ??
    if i use the eutelia account on a ip phone directely (i use Gigaset 470ip) all work fine
