We are looking for a possibility to create an exception for a specific extension to always be able to forward a call and let the extension ring for XX seconds, independently of the status of the extension.
For example:
Is this possible with the current version (v9 SP4) of 3CX or can we create a feature request?
P.S. Also we wonder why it is not possible to create exception to forward a call to the Mobile Number of the extension. We could fill in the external number but choosing for Mobile Number to forward to would be a lot easier/better.
For example:
- Customer calls to extension 100.
- Extension 100 answers the call.
- Extension 100 forwards call to extension 200. While the status of extension 200 is DND/AWAY/OutOfOffice/Custom#2.
- Phone of extension 200 rings for XX seconds unless it is on a call. (where XX is the amount filled in at the forwarding rule for 'Available' and assuming the extension is not able to accept more than 1 call)
- If extension 200 does not pick up the call, then the call forwarding rule of the current status (DND/AWAY/OutOfOffice/Custom#2) is applied anyway.
