Exchange AA doesn't work when forwarded from a 3CX DR

    Didn't get any help in the partner forum so posting this here

    We are using the 3cx digital receptionist for our initial greeting and using exchange for the company directory which is one of the options from the 3cx dr. It doesn't forward it to exchange from the 3cx digital receptionist but if we set the incoming pstn to go straight to the exchange AA then it works.

    So I call in and the 3cx greeting starts playing with options, I hit the option which is set to forward to exchange and the greeting stops playing and everything is just silent, at this point it's still in 3cx because I can enter an extension and it will start calling it. It doesn't seem to be sending it to exchange.

    But if I set the exchange AA to be first when the outside line connects it's fine. Any clues?

    804 is the main greeting, it never even tries to forward to the exchange AA ext 806 in the logs

    I can dial the exchange AA extension directly and it works, only when forwarded from a 3cx digital receptionist is when it doesn't
