Please consider this idea (since it would be the next killer feature)... At each extension of the Digital Receptionist, allow us to add a URL. When the user is done punching keys while on that extension, post the CID, DID, extension, keyed input, and call session id to the designated URL. The response from the URL would include values that could be used indicate what to do with the caller, such as transfer to a queue, transfer to an extension, drop the call, etc. This would give your clients the ability to customize the IVR system, do database lookups, route calls, etc, without making your software more complex. PLEASE consider this idea.
