Anyway in 3cx to exit from voicemail prompt when trying to reach an extension back to IVR ?
The available options, once in a voice-mailbox are given to the caller. As far as I'm aware, they can't go back to the IVR.
Make a dummy (unregistered) extension that forwards to the IVR under forwarding rules, and make it the operator extension. When users record their voicemail prompt include the message "or press * to return to the main menu".
Unfortunately, the operator extension is the only "out" from voicemail. If you currently use it as an operator, you don't have this option.
