Experiencing Calls that Fade in and out

    Hello community!

    My company currently uses the Licensed 3cx phone system, our setup is as follows:

    3CX v10.0.22052.2264 SP4 (everything is up to date)
    Broadvox is our VOIP Provider
    Internet Connection is a Fiber Line 50Mbps Up / Down
    Cisco IP Phone SPA525G

    50 +/- Remote Sales in several different states
    50 +/- Internal Phones on our local network

    Most phones are Provisioned, some are not.

    Here is the issue that we are having:

    Intermittently ongoing calls will fade in and out, on occaision calls will drop completely. This is happening on remote as well as local phones in our office. Our standard codec is as follows:

    Preferred G711u
    Second G711a
    Third G722

    I've changed a few of our remotes that were experiencing this fade in/out issue to codec G729, yet they still experience the "fading call" effect.

    Does anyone have any useful tips on how to correct this issue?

    Our fiber line shows to be constant in all tests, as well as our dedicated server which runs the 3cx phone system.

    My 3CX Enterprise edition has been updated with 5 service packs from v9.

    I backed up my settings, uninstalled 3cx, then reinstalled.

    This seems to have fixed the issue.

    On a side note, Wallboard now works (with FIREFOX)
