Experiencing Dropped Calls and/or Call Fading

    I have a setup that is v15.5 and has 6 Yealink T42 phones on a OVH VPS. About 20-30 seconds into a call or during a call there maybe a call drop or audio fading in and out. This issue is getting worse as the days go by. Anyone have an idea what maybe causing this?

    Is this on incoming and outgoing calls? Only trunk calls, or extension to extension as well? Any recent changes to the network/firmware/software?

    All extension. It happens on incoming and outgoing calls. The trunk provider is Flowroute. No changes to the network except for updates from 3CX.

    You say "all extension", but, what I asked was... is it happening on extension to extension calls, or just outside calls? If it is only on outside calls, you may want to contact the provider to assist in trouble shooting.Do you have a second trunk group to test with? Have you checked the 3CX Activity log right after a dropped call?
