Expired certificates

    Hello

    We have one 3CX server with valid maintenance and Let's Encrypt certificates provided by 3CX.
    The certificate shows expired and didn't renew automatically.
    I have the latest 3cx 15 updates ( Pro 15.0.60903.0 )

    Please How can i renew the certificate without going through the whole setup again ?

    Hello @Georges Bader

    Make sure that your FQDN is resolvable to the public correct IP address and that your firewall is not blocking the procedure.

    From my network the FQDN resolve the public IP address. In the 3CX server it resolve 127.0.0.1

    Are you on windows or linux? And what service pack are you on? Do you have active maintenance?

    On the dashboard under the Information column there is a license line that mentions the version of the PBX. Can you tell me what that is?

    I am having the same issue here. Activated Pro 15.0.62928.5. I cannot upgrade it nor do anything.
