Expired certificates

    I have a customer 3CX v15.5 SP2 with valid maintenance 16/09/2018 running.
    He use a 3CX supplied/generated FQDN.

    For some reason, the certificate has expired yesterday and was not automatically renewed.

    How do I get the certificate renewed?

    Anything regarding the 3CX Supported FQDN and SSL certificate is controlled by 3CX so it is my though that contacting their support department would be the best idea, you can do this via your support portal.

    I had this with one location. restart 3cx services and it should resolve pn its own in 24 hours.
