Exporting log files V15.5 Debian

    Hi, I'm running V15.5 (A partial success..) I would like to interogate the logs, I have the log viewer but have no idea how to export/gain access to the logs. This is running on Debian. I've searched for answers unsuccesfully. Any advice would be well received.

    Hello @David Catherall

    The easiest way is to generate the support info from the support tab on the top right of the management console. If you need detailed logs though you will need to enable verbose logging. To do so navigate to dashboard / Activity log / Settings and enable verbose logging.
    Restart all services and replicate your issue. once replicated generate the support info which contain the logs of the PBX
