Ext is idle but considered as busy when dialed

    Hi,


    I have a problem with a snom370 phone. On the 3CX server (version 9 beta 2), the extension shows as Registered(idle). When I dial this extension, I am transfered to the voicemail. I can call any other extension without any problem. I restarted the services, rebooted the server, did a reset on the phone and I still have the same problem. I haven't tried to delete the extension, as I do not consider this as a solution.

    Hi,

    Could you set the PBX into verbose mode by going to the management console Settings > Advanced > verbose mode and restart 3CX services?

    Once you have done that, re-do the call and repost the logs, please post using code and /code tags.

    I couldn't wait any longer so I just deleted and re-created the extension.

    The same problem came back on another extension.
    This is really anoying. I can't delete the extension this time.
    Anyone has found a fix for this ?

    I finally deleted the extension again. I was afraid to loose the voicemail messages but it all stayed there.

    I've same issue on a Snom 370 With 3CX v.9 final. I was thinking it was only my problem but now I think there is a problem in v.9. I try to delete extension and recreate but the problem permain randomly. The Snom firmware is 7.3.30. 3CX is installed on IIS.

    I too got the exact same problem with a series of grandstream devices.

    Might start from scratch.
