Ext.PlayFile - Call Reach License Limit

Let me begin by letting you in on our hosting situation.
Hosted: AWS
System: Debian
3CX ver: 15.5.3849.1 (w/PRO 15ch License)

Ran into a little error today that has me scratching my head. I first noticed it when I was walking to my car and my phone began to receive a large number of emails all with the same message alerting me of a missed call.

Normally this is not a very big deal if a call was missed and went to voice mail but this was a large number of calls. As you can see the message says the caller was Ext.PlayFile I am not completely sure if this is a reference to an IRV recording or maybe a recording on the Operators line?

Once I was able to log into the admin console I found in the event Log:
SIP Server/Call Manager ID: 8193

License limit is reached, active calls:[471,482,483,484,485,486,487,488,489,490,491,492,493,494,495,496,497]

Then in the Call Logs I had this as all the callers. This only happened with the Receptionist Queue, our Call Centers was not affected. After this event we were not able to receive calls to the Receptionists Queue at all. Thinking that it was more prudent to 'start fresh' I restarted the services and everything seemed to be okay. Though some of your desk phones had to be restarted by removing power before they were able to receive calls again.

Phones: Yealink T46S
-fw ver: 66.81.0.110
Connection: Direct SIP - STUN

The whole time everyone was able to call out it was only affecting incoming calls. I'm not sure if maybe this was a DNS issue for the phones not reconnecting after 3cx services were restarted or not. If I have left something configuration wise out that might help please just ask. Hopefully this might help if anyone else experiences this issue.

I may have given more info then anyone cares to have but more is better in this case as someone might be able to figure out the issue by the most minuet detail.
