Solved Extension in use when forwarded

    Hi there,

    When we receive a call, i pick it up, i forward the call to my colleague.

    I look in "Number of calls in use / Active Calls" i still see that the my extension is in use.

    When the ring group rings my phone wont ring, because it is in use.....

    We also encounter when my Colleague forwards the call again, and finally hangs up. The call is still active with my extension number. (This does not happen when my colleague hangs up within the first forwarding)

    Dear AHAutomation,

    Please give us more info about your 3cx Phone System, 3cx Phone clients or IP phones what versions and OS are you using?

    SBC fixed the issues :)
