"Extension is not registered" after login

    I am using the 3CX MyPhone softclient and login succesfully using the correct Extension Number and PIN. I can see my status as available. The extnesion status will show "Not Registered"

    When I tried calling another extension I always get this message pop up "Your extension is not registered with 3CX Phone System so calls cannot be made. Make sure your extension is registered and try again"

    I am using the free 3CX PBX.

    Any help as to how I can call another extension?

    Does the 3CX log show any "activity" (attempted login), when you first turn on/boot up the 3CX phone extension? There is a debug option in the 3CX phone itself, it should show what is happening during a registration attempt.

    Is this all on the same LAN, or is the extension remote to the 3Cx PBX?
