Extension Log in Queue

    Hello

    i want to know wich is the default behavior of an extension in the new 3cx v15, because in the v14 you have to select that is logged in, now where is that option?

    i attached the image of one extension in a queue, but the queue says that is no available agent.

    In the extensions tab, highlight the extension you want to log In the queue and click the status button on the top.

    That should give you the options for current status and queue status. You can log extensions in from there.
