Hi

Current set-up is as follows:
3CX Server
1 x SPA400 ATA - Dect Phone Connected to FXO1
2 x VOIP Accounts with geographic numbers
1 Linksys SPA962
1 Linksys SPA942

Incoming calls to both VOIP numbers routed to Digital Attendant ( Exchange 2007 UM)
Incoming calls to SPA400 routed to Digital Attendant (Exchange 2007 UM)

Outgoing calls
Prefixing number with 9 will send call out via VOIP
dialing number as normal will send call out via PSTN

Is it possible to set up so that incoming calls on PSTN go straight to dect phone connected to FXO on SPA400 ignoring 3CX??
or can some mapping be done to forward incoming calls on PSTN to en extension which is the FXO port on SPA400 whilst still allowing the DECT phone the option of sending either by VOIP or PSTN.

:? :?

A PSTN phone line would connect to a FXO port and be set up as a trunk on the 3CX. A DECT phone (or any other analogue set) would connect to an FXS port on an ATA. So... your question needs to be clarified, or at least rephrased.

Can you please explain how you have configured the spa 400 ata to go to the exchange attendant?

Set the analog phone up on an ATA and set a DID to forward directly to the digital receptionist.

OR

Choose an ATA and register the ATA with your VoIP provider and not 3CX.
