Extension not available in Queue

    Hello,

    i finally installed the 3cx v15, i create the extesion, DID ring groups , all working, but when i create a queue and add extension, it says that is no available, but if a create a ring group for those extension works fine.

    There is another option that i'm missing, i have to enable something in the extension to add it to a queue?

    If you are using the Free PBX edition then queues are not available. You will need to upgrade to a commercial edition to be able to use queues.

    Free edition features have changed in V15 compared to V14.

    maybe it should not be possible to create queues in PBX edition :?:
