    Hi,
an idea I am asked a lot is why can we only choose for xx , xxx, xxxx, xxxxx number extension formats?

Maybe it's an idea to make it possible to have all formats available in one system? So we can create extensions like 44, 232 and 4567 in one phone system.

For bridged systems you might still make it possible that numbers starting with 9 are the bridged numbers. So no extension might start with a certain number...

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I think this is a pretty good idea,a s we have an open dialing plan and we can use as DDI numbers different ranges, so we can from x, xx, xxx, xxxx or even xxxxx as the lats DDI digits, it would make the live more easier for us and for the customer.

    Regards,

    Lothar

in your case the external number is the same as some digits of the internal number?

It wasn't what I had in mind at first, but maybe not so stupid no :)
