Extension status issue - exception occurred ExtStatus

    Hi,

    We are using version 9. Our receptionists are facing some issues after they transferring the call. Sometime they can't receive any calls after they transfer the call to other extension. When I check their extension status, it is saying "dialling". When I try to select and disconnect the call I am getting the follwing error occurred.

    "An exception occurred ExtStatus Error:"

    Please advice how to fix this issue.
