Extension Status - Not Registered

    Hi, Please help, i tryed so many things configuring 3cx pbx but always get: Extension Status - Not Registered and pbx cant recieve or make calls. It's a free version i'm trying to get working before buying and is extensions should be registered in free versions?

    What type/make extension is it?
    Does the 3CX server log show any attempt of a registration when the set is powered up?

    Yes, the extension do register in the free version.

    This extension is Third in a 3cx menu from the top
    When i restarted all services i've got this log

    I don't see an attempt by an extension to register, just this failed attempt to register a trunk with a VoIP.

    Not sure what that is all about but they don't seem to like something coming from your 3CX.

    Thank you, it is a failed attempt of to register a trunk with a VoIP. i guess i should call a provider for that
