    Hello All,
I have Polycom 301 configured in 3CX. I am able to dial the extension and she answers the phone, it works. But when I dial the actual phone number it goes straight to her Vm. At first I thought it was something in the settings of forwarding rules or office hours, but everything is in a default state for that extension. Help Please, this the server activity log:

I'm not clear on what you are trying to do, or what the problem is.

You log shows extension 74017 dialling 3174743, which the outbound rules changes to 2293174743 and sends to provider L2NET.

It looks to go through just fine, and you are recording the call.

What part doesn't work, what you reach, when it rings at the far end?
