We use 3CX with Polycom Souldpoint IP335 sets. Everything works great, but we find that when we restart the phone system/server, that the extensions take 10 to 15 minutes to re-register. During that time, we can make outgoing calls from the unregistered set, but can't receive incoming calls. 3CX console shows a red block, until it finally registers, then shows green. Is there something obvious that we have wrong in our 3CX or set configuration, by chance?
