Extension's status does not change!

    Hi,

    We update our system to v15, but we've so much problem with this,

    first of all, when one of extension closing it's 3cx windows client, it's still seen available on management console, extension page(no mobile client open or etc.)

    in v12.5 we can divert call from windows client via presence menu, but in v15 when we divert, it's automatically dropped voice mail of extension (extension is available), wheter extension voice mail disable or not.

    is there anything related about firewall settings of server to refreshing extension's status or what.
