EXTENTION NOT REGISTERED.... PLEASE HELP!!!

    i've spent endless hrs trying to get this to work, but simply cannot get extentions to register. when making an outgoing call via SJPhone, the following log is made: (hope it helps to troubleshoot). CAM ANYONE HELP?!?

    are your extentions on the local network (same as the server)?
    do you have a firewall on the server turned on? try turning it off
    are you trying to register extentions, pstn, or voip proveder
    did you try using a different ip phone 3cx also makes a soft phone did you try it.

    You should properly set up your SJPhone. 30117491*203 - is not valid extension number. If you want your SJPhone to be extension 203 - you should set its SIP user name (or how it named, I don't know exactly) to be 203. And create extension 203 in 3CX configuration. Also, if your SJPhone is not on the same PC where 3CX is - you should set phone to report its IP address correctly. 127.0.0.1 is not sufficient IP for that case, because it means virual loopback interface, and is not reachable from other PC.

    I had a similar problem on a grandstream phone.

    It as NAT traversal was checked. Removed that and it works.
