Hello,
When calling a company who has an automated attendent that asks the caller to input (1 for sales, 2 for customer service etc..), the receiving end is not accepting any key pad input. When disconnecting from the 3cx server and configuring directly to Voip provider (in this case BroadVoice), the call is transmitted and keypad input is accepted successfully.
Is this a bug or a configuration/operator issue?
Any ideas?
Travis
