Hi.

I notice a small problem that I can't firure out about making call from an external phone to 3cx phone system inside the mailbox option 9 and option 3 (make external call menu)

If I call from my landline to my system and use this option by calling the number I want using "9 xxx xxx xxxx" (no space here) the line ring at the other end without problem but If I call from my cellular phone to my 3cx system and do the same I get a "failed to transfer call"

Here the complete steps

1) call my 3x system phone number
2) connect to voicemail with "999"
3) when ask for extension...I provide mine "101"
4) when ask for password...I provide it "...."
5) from menu...I provide option "9"
6) from second menu ... I provide option "3" (make a call)
7) I provide the number stating with "9" and the number xxxyyyzzzz

As I said...from landline no problem but from my cellular I got the "failed to transfer"

Considering you have changed the numbers to letters, what i can suggest you do is the following

1. See if the number your are dialing from the cell is the same one the PBX is trying to dial in the logs.
2. Try and compare what the differences are according to the logs when dialing from a landline.
3. Check that your outbound rules are restricting certain callers to use them.

When you place a call from your cell phone is the number blocked/anonymous or is it sent out to the called party like the land line you are calling from?
