External Extension

    I just upgraded to the new version. However, at the same time, I sent a phone to our external employee and tried to set him up on the system. He registers fine.

    12:09:28.234 ExtnCfg::updateContact :[CM504001]: Ext.200: new contact is registered. Contact(s): [sip:200@192.168.25.2:5060;user=phone/200]

    He can call my extension, and I can hear him fine, he cannot hear me. When I call his ext. my phone says unknown, and just can't find his ext.

    my system is on a winxp box, 2 nics one is on an external IP, using windows internet sharing, the other is 192.168.0.1 I don't have a firewall, and I don't have windows firewall running. This is the only software on this computer.

    The phone is a GrandStream GXP-2000
