External IP Configuration changing from Static IP to Dynamic IP by itself

    Hello all

    Getting an odd issue where the external IP configuration in the Network Configuration section of settings is changing from Static IP to Dynamic IP seemingly by itself, usually seems to be overnight, causing outbound calls to fail because 3CX cannot register with the VOIP provider.

    Not quite sure what to look for here... I don't see anything obvious in the event logs. :(

    Dear 3dynamics,

    Any option on 3CXPhone System does not change by itself. Please ensure that you use supported browser.(Chrome, EDGE and Firefox)
