I have 3 intranet extensions and everything works fine, but I have one extension it is outside my intranet, I can receive a call from this extension but they cannot hear me, another thing I cannot call them.

Same configuration for all extensions all binding to media server and all set as external.

Any ideas? D-Link 524 Router Broadband with this settings:

    192.168.1.101 Both 5060-5062 / 5060-5062 always
    192.168.1.101 Both 5480-5482 / 5480-5482 always
    192.168.1.101 Both 3478 / 3478 always
    192.168.1.101 Both 9000-9003 / 9000-9003 always

Please include system status log files so we can see what the sip responses are, the stun status, etc.

You can refer to Dakhalli's port forwarding faq about 3cx here:

    Hi,

Enable for external extension these options.

    Extension is external
    Bind to Media Server

Remember to put stun server address in the external phone.

Almost everything is working now, BUT......

Almost everything is working now, BUT...... They can call me, we can hear each other BUT ( Ihave but) Myself from Internal Network can call any extension, but external (SIP Remote) extensions I cannot, also I setup an VOIP Line and Digital Secretary when DS forward the connection to any internal extension works great but to reach outside is the same problem, it is not calling external extensions.

A little tunning and EVERYTING will be wonderfull!

    Thx for all comments

Check configuration of "external" phones. It is "mirror" problem. If you can receive call on your local extension (from outside) then PBX does its work correct.
