External to Internal Error

    I have external phone registered with 3CX properly, but could not make calls from external to internal extension. Every time I call the server generate this log entry:
    [CM010001] Line configuration does not allow identification of the source of this call. Check Advanced Options for Gateways and Providers and match a field to a correct value from the following: Contact IP: ''; From: '781003'; To: '101'; Rline: '101'; Contact: '781003'

    External Extension 800, internal extension 101.

    What does the log mean?
