    Hi all,

    I installed 3CX on my server (Windows 2008), redirected on my ADSL MODEM (LG LNAR-1000) the ports 5060 UDP and from 9000 to 9049 UDP to my server.

    The first extension ('1000') is inside my office/network working fine on Cisco SPA-922, my second extension '1001' I use on my HTC (using PortGo sip client) over GSM or Wi-fi. I´m able to call each other fine! No problems here!

    I tryied to install another extension ('1002') on Cisco SPA-942 wich is behind a D-Link DSL-500B, without success (audio).

    Question
    ########
    Can anyone who has external users with Cisco devices to tell me what ports needed to be configured/redirected on D-Link router or in the Cisco??

    My current SPA-942 configuration on a customer

    NAT Keep Alive Enable = yes
    NAT Kepp Alive MSG = $NOTIFY
    NAT Kepp Alive Dest = $PROXY

    SIP Transport = UDP
    SIP Port = 5060

    Proxy = valid_ip_3cxServer:5060
    Register = yes

    User id = 1002
    Password = ********
    Use Auth ID = NO
