Extract a DID from Caller Name

    My VOIP provider can not send the inbound DID in the SIP:To field. He is able to prepend it to the Display info field in the SIP:From Information . I cannot find a way to get 3CX to use this field. Only the User Part.

    Any work abounds available.

    Hello @0906794,

    What does your provider send to the "TO" field? Is it just blank?
    I would recommend to move to a supported SIP provider.

    Finally figured it out. Needed to adjust my inbound parameters and mapped my Display field to the From field. At that point I changed from DID to CID and set the mask accordingly. Makes a mess of my CID display on the phone but it is not used.
