Fading and dropped audio

    Hi All,

    We recently changed Internet service providers as well as moved our business, replaced an older Dell voip server with a newer model and upgraded to 3CX version 15.5.

    Currently having a couple issues where calls kind of fade in and out or drop for a few seconds then come back. I don't think these issues can be fixed within 3CX, but checking if anyone has any solutions for this. Will working on getting wireshark outputs during live calls and will post results.

    Looking to see if anyone else experienced similar issues and resolved them.

    If you have the ability to open a ticket with our support department please do so. Please note that it is not recommended posting captures into the public forums as those contain a lot of sensitive information and even screenshots and logs should be edited before posting.

    Regarding the issue you are facing is this happening to local calls as well (extension to extension) or only to external calls? Are the extensions local or remote? Are you using a Sip trunk, gateway?
    Also have you passed the firewall checker? What are the results from that? Are you using IP phones or 3CX clients?
