failed to create endpoint

    Hi
    3CX is working fine, except when an (sophtphone) extension is somewhere on the internet. Registrating is OK, calling from this extension through 3cx works fine !
    But when an outbound call tries to connect to this extension the following events apear:

    14:16:28.082 StratInOut::eek:nHangUp [CM104007] Call(3): Call from Ln:10002@VoipProvider to 800 has been terminated by Ln:10002@VoipProvider; cause: CANCEL; from IP:12.345.67.100
    14:16:14.733 MediaServerReporting::InitEndPoint [MS003005] Call(3) Ext.101: Failed to create Endpoint:
    14:16:14.733 MediaServerReporting::portMapper [MS006000] Call(3) Ext.101: No ports available to create EXTERNAL enpoint
    14:16:14.723 CallLegImpl::initMSEndpoint [CM003001] Call(3): *!* Failed to create MediaServer endpoint for Ext.101

    any idea ??

    thank you for the reply, yes i checked all the ports on the firewall, they are all open....

    other suggestions ?
