Dear Team,
Today i read news about Enterprise version of 3CX. How ever i heave heard before some fail overs configuration and decided to ask:
1) Server - active 2) Passive
If 1 server goes down, second server changes the DNS record and starts the services so now the 2nd becomes primary
So what will happen if 1 server will be restored? Will it switch to it?
So fo enterprise downtime is critical, but here still will be some downtime, why not to use a 3CX like VRRP (feachure)
So both server are active, but 1 has more priority (takes all traffic) till it goes down
This will minimize downtime to 0 (Also automatic config replication will be cool)
Just decided to write my ideas
