Fallback if extension does not answer

    Is it possible when a user transfer a call to another extension and the extension does not pickup the phone, the call can fallback to the user who transferred the call? (Instead of the default extension options, like "send to my voicemail", "Send to mobile" etc)

    Look in the 3CX system:

    Settings...and then
    General...and on this page.....Global Options

    You will see some options just under "System Wide Options" that can help. The manual and blog will provide more detail as to use.
