Fanvil C series provisioning issues

    Hello,

    I am having problems provisioning Fanvil C600 and C400 phones. I have 2 Fanvil C600s and 4 Fanvil C400s and a lot of Fanvil X3s. All the X3 series were successfully provisioned but so far I have been able to only provision 2 C400s. The others simply will not provision.

    The show up in the 3CX management console and remain BOLD. After assigning them they still remain bold and the extensions to which they are assigned do not come up.

    I can log on to the web interface of the phones and I have upgraded them all to the latest firmware.

    Please can anyone help me. I am using the V15 of 3CX.

    hello @tlt1

    Are these local or remote phones? Are you provisioning them as local extensions or SBC?
    After you assign them to the extension do the phones reboot?
    Some times these phones take up to 5 minutes to provision.

    I have the same Proplem with my C600 and it is an local Phone in a vlan.
    currently in 15.5 on an esxi VM
