I'm wondering if the 3CX salesforce integration module works correctly with the Fanvil x5/x5G?
I want to make sure that when a client is selected to make a call to in the Salesforce app on the PC, the call can be executed on the desk phone to take advantage of a headset connected to the desk phone?
I didn't see where the Salesforce app gets tied to the deskphone during the installation procedure or visa-versa.
