Fanvil x5 and Salesforce

    I'm wondering if the 3CX salesforce integration module works correctly with the Fanvil x5/x5G?

    I want to make sure that when a client is selected to make a call to in the Salesforce app on the PC, the call can be executed on the desk phone to take advantage of a headset connected to the desk phone?

    I didn't see where the Salesforce app gets tied to the deskphone during the installation procedure or visa-versa.

    Hi there,
    The Salesforce integration as any other CRM is not tied directly with the hardphone but rather to the 3CXPhone.
    The 3CXPhone just needs to be in CTI mode with a supported local phone to relay call to the hardphone.
    So if your 3CXPhone is in CTI, registered on same extension number as your Fanvil, and Fanvil is local, then click-to-call should work.
