Fanvil X5S dial in conference calls

    Hello,

    We recently deployed 3CX in our company and are using the Fanvil X5S phones. We also have skype for business audio conferencing with its own external number, which we configure a EXT that gets forward to the S4B external #. That part works fine but when users key/input the conference ID it says it does not find the meeting. At first we thought it was Microsoft but later come to find out that it is phone, the softphone works fine and we have one Yealink in the system and it works fine. Is anyone else having this issue with fanvil phones, if so did you resolve it and how?
