fast timeout when forwarding call to other extension

    If we want to forward a call en press the fwd button on the IP Phone (got same with 3CX client, so i guess it's a config issue on the 3CX PABX) we get a few seconds and then the line ends.

    Anyone else had this problem or know how to ajust the timeout value for this?

    I have 3cx
    transfer works fine
    so you have something in your network,device settings or firewall
    send your information to help you

    Everything works fine. Only the timeout when forwarding a call to an other extension is very short lived.
    We can receive calls and all.

    Firewall is a simple Linksys WRT54G.

    Internet (ADSL) -> Linksys WRT54G -> 3CX (VMWare machine) -> Linksys SPA941 User phones (3 phones connected)

    If i pick up the phone to make a call or while forwarding a call, then we get a few seconds to input the external number/extension number to call then the line terminates.

    If the issue still present, reset to factorty set and reconfig

    so there is no way to configure the timeout value if you press the transfer button and the time you entered the number where to transfer the call to?
