When we setup faxes to go to extensions we have no problem sending faxes out to the correct email address per each extension. We have a hosted PBX and using our system smtp account as the main email account. What I am requesting is to be able to change the smtp email going out so that this is not the default or system SMTP account so I can make it the customers email account per each extension number. i.e.) Extension 9114 has fax setup and forwards to email@example.com When the customer receives it the SMTP head shows firstname.lastname@example.org In the fax templates you can change this to email@example.com but it still shows partner.com behind it.
